TIME MANAGEMENT
TIME MANAGEMENT
Many
wise words describe how meaningful time is. The reason why it is so important
for us to be able to manage and use time well is because time is everything
that will always move forward. We often hear the term that time cannot be repeated,
for those of us who do not use it wisely, we will be left behind by time and
miss opportunities that of course we will not get again in the future.
By
realizing how valuable time is, we must be able to manage time so that the time
we have can be utilized properly. Time Management is the process of controlling
time based on a series of activities that have been planned and have been
considered based on the possibilities, which must then be controlled in the
process in order to maximize it. Some of the ways we can manage time are as
follows:
1. Set goals to be achieved
Determining
a goal or aspiration to be achieved is very important for our success in
managing time, because with a goal, we will continue to be motivated to achieve
it. Make sure we know what we want to achieve, what activities support this
achievement both in the long and short term. Activities that we do everyday
must focus on these goals, ignore other activities that are completely
unrelated / do not support the goals we want to achieve.
2. Make a priority scale
Setting
a priority scale means determining what things you should do and avoiding you
from things you shouldn't do. Priority scale can be said as one of the keys in
improving time management, so you have to determine it carefully. If you are
wrong in setting the priority scale, your time management will not develop or
even become messy.
3. Give up procrastination
Psychologically,
humans are a hobby of procrastination. They feel more excited when doing work
near the deadline, rather than doing it ahead of time. Although humane, this
habit damages the body and makes many plans unfinished. Break the habit of
procrastination and overnight speeding from now on for better time management.
Getting work done early or not procrastinating is a
highly recommended way to make you more productive. In addition
to keeping you from being rushed, extra time can also be useful to reduce
errors in work output.
4. Make a
selection
It
is important to remove redundant activities or tasks. Determine what is
important and what is appropriate for your time. Removing unnecessary tasks /
activities frees up more of your time to spend on things that really matter.
One
of the biggest time wasters you have is bad habits. Whether it's watching
movies, going to parties, using social media too much, playing games, often
going out for drinks with friends, or so on. Bad habits that take up precious
little time we have.
5. Avoiding distractions
To
be able to focus on a job is very difficult. The first thing that can be done
is to stop multi-tasking. Even though it seems to save time, multi-tasking can
prevent us from completing a job on time. Do the work one by one. In addition,
also identify what usually makes you get irritated or difficult to focus. If
the problem is that a friend always talks to you, find a quiet place. If this
is not possible, wear headphones (even if you don't hear music) if you don't
want to be disturbed.
6. Make use of free time
Taking
advantage of valuable time when not doing work is also one way of managing time
to be more productive. For example, when you are on the bus on the way to work.
You can use this time to read the email, make a to-do list or visualize the
day's activities.
7. Give yourself a gift
Appreciation
for yourself is sometimes something that is often overlooked and not considered
important. In fact, an award is an important aspect of time management. Rewards
can motivate us to work better and on target. Plan a simple reward for yourself
every time you successfully complete a task or job. The form of award given
must be specific but realistic and can be obtained or implemented immediately
in the near future.
A
person's ability to manage his time effectively will play a very important role
in everything because good use of time will lead to increased efficiency and
productivity on target with less stress or unnecessary burden. The following
are the benefits of correct time management:
1. Increase productivity
efficiency in work
A
good time management will be able to bring your focus and attention to
achievement targets. You will no longer be confused about priorities if you
have well-organized time management.
2. Increase Job
Satisfaction and Increase Opportunities
A
job that is completed on time and accordingly will certainly increase your
personal satisfaction and give you more time and opportunity to explore other
opportunities that exist.
3. Reducing Stress and
Pressure Levels
By
achieving work targets and punctuality can reduce workload, stress and
pressure. Besides that, you also have the opportunity to more carefully revise
the work that you feel is inadequate without worrying.
4. Achieving Targets and
Goals
The
desired targets will be realized more quickly and the targets to be aimed at
will be clear and will be resolved in less time.
High
achievers manage and make good use of their time. By using the time management
techniques above, you can increase your ability to function more effectively
even when your time is limited and under pressure. Good time management
requires an important shift in focus from activity to getting tangible results
because being busy is not the same as being productive.
Spending
your day in a frenzy of unorganized activity is often less successful, because
you divide your attention among so many different tasks without priority. Good
time management allows you to work smarter not harder so that you can get more
done in less time.

Btw, some of your sentences are run on sentences. Use punctuations properly.
See this example:
We often hear the term that time cannot be repeated, for those of us who do not use it wisely, we will be left behind by time and miss opportunities that of course we will not get again in the future.

Should be:
We often hear the term that time cannot be repeated. For those of us who do not use it wisely, we will be left behind by time and miss opportunities that, of course, we will not get again in the future.
Make sure that this is also yours. Not copy and paste from any resources.
HapusThank you for the advice, sir. Next time i will fix it.
